The system pairs the proven performance of SlimDek 210 with the patented MDSB (Metal Decking Support Bracket), enabling complete floor modules to be assembled off-site or at ground level and installed with speed, safety and precision.

How it works
Engineered for efficiency and safety from the ground up. At its core, the patented MDSB bracket securely connects SlimDek 210 decking modules to precast beams, enabling fast, high-quality installation:
- Complete floor modules built off-site or at ground level

Patented components, prefabricated for site
Continuously Voided Beam (CVB)
A prestressed precast beam using modified hollowcore planks, core-filled and reinforced to Australian Standards. A lighter section that removes inefficient concrete, up to 3x cheaper than an equivalent steel beam in load and span capacity, and it withstands construction loads to minimise propping. Single CVB spans up to 9m unpropped, double CVB up to 13m unpropped, and post-tensioned double CVB reaches 18m and beyond. Patented in 13 countries including Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the European Union, South Africa and Japan.

SD210 x MDSB Deck Modules
SlimDek 210 metal deck modules are lifted and placed on the beam using the patent-pending Metal Deck Support Bracket. The MDSB lets the deck sit within the beam depth rather than on top, reducing overall structural depth, and it minimises manual handling of heavy sheets at height. Modules are prefabricated on-site or off-site, cutting labour and prop requirements. Successfully tested at Curtin University, exceeding Australian Standards and Codes.

Monolithic Precast Columns
Vertical load-bearing members with capacity against lateral wind and earthquake loads. Columns and headstocks are cast as a single unit to streamline construction, reduce handling and transportation, and withstand beam and slab loads during the non-propped construction stage.

Instant Edge Protection (PIEPS)
The PARKD Instant Edge Protection System arrives on site preinstalled, instantly protecting live edges from 1.3m to 2.6m and improving productivity and program efficiency. It is also designed to act as a permanent handrail and facade structure, adding further cost and program savings.
